Shipping Zones:
We currently ship worldwide (with a few exceptions). If your country is not an option at checkout or you have any other questions, please send us an email at info@areweoblivious.com and we can see what we can do for you.
International shipping: note that duties and taxes may apply to your shipment depending on what the item is and it’s value, as well as where you are ordering from. We will deliver your shipment without duties and taxes paid, thus if they apply, you as our customer are responsible for settling the amount with customs. Once the order is shipped out and has arrived at customs, we cannot take any other measures from our side, making it your responsibility. If you do not pay your local customs duties, we cannot guarantee what happens with the parcel and its contents, as it might not even be sent back to us. Due to this, please note that we cannot refund you on the grounds of refusal to pay custom duties in your delivery country.
We ship from Stuttgart, Germany.
Note for UK customers: Orders with items under 135£ usually do not have to pay any duties at customs, however we cannot guarantee this.
Service types, Delivery timeframes & Handling times:
We only offer Standard Shipping at this time.
Usually we try to ship out orders ASAP for us or right when they have been produced (Pre-Orders + Made on demand items), however as we're a small brand, we sometimes need more time.
Our processing time is usually 2-7 days.
During busier times, this can be up to 10 days for our made-to-order products.
Pre-Orders: these take 3-4 weeks until they are sent out. However, as a small brand working with small suppliers, this can occasionally take slightly longer in busier periods, so please bear with us. We will always be transparent with you about this, so don't hesitate to reach out to us. Shipping times are also laid out on each of the product pages or else the info above will apply.
If you need something shipped immediately, please contact us and let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Depending on the country you want your order to be delivered to, shipping times will vary. This is also down to the postal services that handle your order in your country. Please contact us for more specific info regarding your shipping destination.

Shipping prices may vary depending on the destination, however all shipping costs will be calculated for you at checkout.
Restrictions:
We cannot ship to certain locations yet, which is why they are not listed within our shipping zones. Please E-mail us if this applies to your destination and we will see what we can do for you.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item has arrived damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can solve the issue.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase, please email us at info@areweoblivious.com and let us know what you would like to exchange your item(s) for. As long as they are the same price, we will simply send you details on how to return the item(s) you would like to exchange. All exchanges from outside of the EU: shipping the item back to us has to be paid for by you. Once you have sent off the item, we will send out your new item(s). If the exchange requires additional payment or a partial refund we will email you regarding how to proceed.
Returns
You can return products within a 14 day period by emailing us

Returns need to be in their original condition to be accepted and for a refund to be issued. Thus, items must still have the hangtag attached, as well as being unworn and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are not in their original condition or we suspect that the item has been worn - this will be decided on a case to case basis.
The cost for returns is currently not included. Thus, you will either have to pay shipping with your courier service or if we send you a return label, we will deduct the price of shipping from your refund.
We would love to change this in the future, but we hope you understand that, as a small business, we need to take it step by step and cannot currently take on these costs.
* Please note: Pre-orders & Upcycled items cannot be returned if we have agreed on a custom order such as a different colour print, Blazer or a different location of the print.
In some cases we can also issue store credit.
Bundles: if you purchase a bundle and want to exchange an item, please reach out to us! If you want to return an item from the bundle and keep only one piece, we will adjust the amount you get refunded accordingly - meaning we adjust for the discount given initially: we charge the full price for the product you’re keeping ans will only refund the difference.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved. Approval is given when the product is as it was sent out (unworn, unwashed etc.). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be the amount you paid, minus the shipping fees that you paid when we sent out your order in the first place. If we have organised your return, we will also deduct the shipping fees from your refund amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund back to your original payment methos. We would estimate around 7 - 10 days for this to occur upon receiving your returned item(s), however often this does occur within a day or two.
